By accessing or using Supyagent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Supyagent is a platform that connects AI agents to third-party services via a unified API. Users authenticate on our dashboard, connect their integrations, and receive API keys that allow AI agents to interact with those services on their behalf.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications through connected services
• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in a way that degrades service for others
• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party services (Google, Slack, GitHub, etc.) on your behalf. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

6. Billing and Payment

Free tier users are subject to monthly usage limits. Pro tier users are billed monthly and may incur overage charges as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supyagent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
